Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer shipping to all 50 states. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free on orders over $50, otherwise $4.99)
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($9.99)
• Next Day Delivery: 1 business day ($19.99) - Order by 2pm EST

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the continental United States. Simply select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready when the delivery arrives. A COD fee of $2.99 applies to all COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status at any time by clicking the tracking link in your email or visiting our website.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:

• Package shows delivered but not received
• Package is damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect items received
• Significant delivery delays

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for express or next day delivery. Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain states or countries due to regulations.
