Refund Policy

At PrimesPick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@primespick.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return shipping label
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item using the provided label

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Perishable goods

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@primespick.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
